Osmunda means bean stem. It is described in Cao Zhi‘s seven step poem that Osmunda and beans “are born from the same root“. The sitting board and backrest of the bean Osmunda chair are formed by cutting a curved board and combined with solid wood legs. There is no redundant structure, so as to maximize the use of materials and greatly reduce the production cost. The backrest of the chair can have different cutting shapes, with simple shape and smooth lines, which can adapt to a variety of space collocation.
