Ruoxi WangChinaRuoxi Wang is a Chinese-born, New York-based furniture, lighting, and product designer. She earned her Master’s degree at Art Center College of Design and a Bachelor’s at Georgia Institute of Technology. Ruoxi creates designs that balance function and illusoriness to prompt conversation between people, objects, and their environment. She senses the poetry of daily life and weaves it in her design approach to inspire emotional and nostalgic experiences for users. Her designs were featured in international design magazines including Wallpaper* Magazine, Metropolis Living, Design Milk, and earned her international design awards, including NYCxDESIGN Awards, Architizer A+ Awards. Ruoxi looks forward to both the domestic and international reach of her work and collaborates with multiple manufacturers in the U.S., Asia, and Europe. |
